I am a retired learning support teacher who is energetic, disciplined, emotionally balanced, and physically fit. My exercise routine usually includes walking, yogalates, spinning classes, aqua aerobics, and body sculpting. Even though I am retired,I work part time at a doctor's office as Sally Scanner. I am of Croatian and Slovenian parents and try to maintain some of those traditions and characteristics. I am very open to trying new things, activities, and places. I am also a die heart Steeler and Penguin fan. I enjoy going to the beach, movies, plays, concerts, socializing with friends, traveling, biking,exercising, reading, and shopping. I also enjoy seafood,apple martinis, music from the 80's and romantic/comedy movies. Some things I could never do without are exercising, seafood, money, friends, family, and my passport.     I came to London a while ago to do my PhD, got a job here afterwards and here I am... I am interested in social issues in general but also in psychology, sociology, different things actually as I am quite curious and always happy to learn something new. What else, well I believe in keeping a (reasonably) healthy lifestyle, I am not religious about it but I try to do some sport regularly which can be running (I do a lot of it at the moment), zumba, gym, cycling and many more (I like mountains and hiking but not many opportunities to do that in London!)
