I recently made the shift from struggling to fit exercise in to making it a priority and asking myself how I need to rearrange my day to make it happen.I am blessed to be in a field that is both personally satisfying and intellectually stimulating. My work is team-oriented and if I do my job well, I am in a position to contribute to the quality of worklife for those around me. I take this responsibility seriously.
