Things about me: I'm shy at first but when I warm up, I'm very outgoing. I like to make people laugh...and I'm good at it. Hope you are too. I love to cook. Feeding people makes me happy...and the people I feed seem pretty happy, as well. I'm Greek on my mom's side and was very close with my yiayia (grandmother). She taught me a lot...including how to make the best stuffed grape leaves you'll ever put in your mouth. I have an appreciation for history and a fascination with the past. You can definitely file me under 'old soul'. I have an American Bulldog named Nana who will screen any potential suitors and weed out all the bad guys. I work in non-profits because I care about the world and I want to make it better. I earn a comfortable living and enjoy doing fun stuff with the little extra money that I have. Fun stuff would include: concerts, trips to NY for a show, going to the movies on a regular basis and trying new restaurants in the city. I also enjoy napping, reading, listening to music, singing at the top of my lungs in the shower and watching TV for hours until my whole Sunday has vanished. I live my life by the golden rule and will treat others the way I would like to be treated. I think a relationship needs a friendship at its core. Truth and trust can make it or break it.     Like Penny from the Big Bang Theory I often answer the door in my jammies with my hair not done.The days of me dreading going to work are over for me. I love my job. It completes me and challenges me. The days of me eating bacon wrapped in bacon are also over.
