About Me

I'm a very outgoing, warm, down-to-earth, fun-loving, ambitious, successful woman, with a great sense of humor, that is looking for that special someone....He should be caring, affectionate, down-to-earth and fun to be with. I have a giving and caring heart and want to be able to share that with that special one.....He also needs to be phycially active and enjoy taking care of himself. Above and beyond, that special someone must also have a good sense of humor and know how to have fun and enjoy life - since remember we only live once.....I love traveling and visiting new places. I also love going to the movies and concerts here and there. I also enjoy dining out but can also cook up a great meal. I have two lovely boys: ages 22 and 25 years old. My younger son is away at college and my older son lives with me. When my younger son is in town so is his dog Griffin, otherwise I do too much traveling to have one but I love pets and especially dogs. I'm currently Director of Sales for a Silicon Valley Technology Company. My current job allows me to travel throughout the US, which can be exciting, but at the same time exhausting...Prior to moving back to the US, I lived overseas and did International Sales, so my job took me to many very cool places around the world. I actually know a bunch of languages, which is kind of cool....My idea of a perfect date is going to that special restaraunt - perhaps Las Olas- that is quiet and will give us the opportunity to get to know one another, perhaps a nice bottle of wine too. Once the chemistry is there, we can take it from there..

    I enjoy a good discussion as long as both parties are having fun. Unfortunately, it seems that having an actual conversation on here is a lost art. I also love to read, have a weakness for stand-up comedy, and enjoy trying new things or activities. Otherwise, how do you really grow as a person? I am not one to coddle anyone's ego. I believe we all need to be happy with ourselves before we can be happy with someone else. If you can't stand sarcasm then best to move on as well. I'm not here to baby you or raise you. Shockingly enough, I expect someone to be able to run and take care of their own life. I know, what a meanie, but you'll get over it. Unfortunately, my time can be somewhat limited between work, school, and my son. I also have started working out again to get back into a healthier lifestyle. I try to do at least 1 fun 5k a month and a couple half marathons a year. Maybe work my way to doing a full one but we'll see. I've also gotten into rucking and OCRs(obstacle course races) they are a blast! Have to set the bar high lol. I'm just looking to see what is out there and maybe make some new friends along the way. It doesn't cost anything to be polite or have manners. I wish more people would practice this.Something low key where both people would feel comfortable. Going for drinks or coffee sounds so cliché but seems to always serve the purpose to get over that first time akward meetting.
