About Me

I am a single/widowed mom of two great kids. I have been single for almost 12 years. I have devoted my time to raising my kids since losing their dad. I am very proud I made the choice of raising them first. My son recently got married and is currently serving our country in the USAF, my daughter will begin her Freshman year in college this fall. I have gone out with a few people but nothing serious. I have alot of free time on my hands and would enjoy getting to know someone and see where it may lead. I am interested in meeting someone for companionship to do activities with. I enjoy hiking, swimming, floating, amusement parks, weekend get aways, the lake...pretty much anything that can be done outside. I also enjoy dinner in and a good movie on the couch with someone special or a great backyard barbeque with friends and beer/wine by the fire pit later. I am looking for someone in which we are attracted to each other first of all. There must be some physical attraction for each other and I think you will know that at the very first meeting. If its not there, I have met a new friend ! A great sense of humor is a huge plus, laughter is the best medicine for the soul. Someone that can leave the past in the past and wants to move forward. At this age we all have baggage. I'm looking for a God fearing man who is honest, genuine and is over drama and head games. Drama is a huge waste of time and energy!
