About Me

I've moved back to the Louisville area few years ago after 20 years, so I'm still trying to reaclimate to the "new" Louisville. This place has changed a lot. I grew up in the Shively area, but now live in Fern Creek. I moved back to be closer to my mom and sister and be supportive of them. I spend a lot of time in Southern Indiana.I'm a 59 year young woman with a positive attitude toward life. I work in health-care and I love my work. My favorite things to do pertain to water, such as boating, jet skis, fishing, and swimming. I like riding horses. I do have a horse, a paint named Johnny. I like to ride motorcycles if you happen to have one.I am usually willing to try new things. I'd like to learn to play golf. There are lots of other things I like to do, but so little space here. Perhaps if we meet, we can discuss both our likes and dislikes.I have two grown children, a son and daughter, and have been blessed with 3 beautiful grandchildren (3,4 and 5 yrs old). My family is very important to me. I love spending time with them, not just my kids, but other family members as well, extended family too.I am a very honest person. I actually can't lie. If I try to, I become overwhelmed with guilt. I respect other people. These two things I expect from anyone else. I am happy with my life as it is. I am not looking for a long term relationship, just friendship and companionship (unless something sparks). I was married for 25 years and do not want to just jump into another. I am not "in need" of a man. I am totally self-sufficient. If and when I do get involved in another long term relationship, it will not be because I need to, but that I want to.
