Well, I'll try... wish me luck! Here goes!Since I'm an Aquarian (not a big deal to me, but others live by the Zodiac), I'll let Penelope tell you from "her" point of view. In Greek mythology, she's Odysseus' wife, so she should know LOTS about him. And, since most "traits" attributed to Aquarians are derived from Odysseus (I had to look that one up!), AND since most of these traits sorta match with what I'm about, I thought the "story" should go something like this: James (that's me), king of Ithaca and leader of the Trojan War, wandered around for ten years before reaching home. [I'm not really THAT lost, but mythical Odysseus actually did that!]While I was a-wanderin', Penelope longed for my fairly nice, finely chiseled features and my slender figure. [Well, Penelope actually longed for Odysseus... but I'll take credit for the rest if she wants it that way!] She also longed for my handsome but somewhat soft features. [Okay... ]Being a gal of few words, Penelope did have a few to say about me [and, of course, Odysseus!].[Now ladies, if you wanna know more about me, pay attention, here... ]She thought that I have a unique [absolutely!], quirky [mmm, hmmm... ], creative [ok... ], stubborn [well, not always!... and not impetuously so], challenging [that's what some tell me!], supportive [genuinely so], inquisitive [curious and analytically so], entertaining [sometimes... when in good company!], progressive [subtly so], stimulating [hmmm... I'll let you ponder this one!], nocturnal [well, I do get up awfully earlier than most!... and, can enjoy the night on those "special occasions" when sharing good company--if ya know what I mean!], and independent [but not selfishly so] character. [All that's pretty complex, but it's pretty accurate, too!]Then, she went on, saying that I'm unconventional [she knows me well!], sometimes detached [yep], intellectual [I try], objective [ALWAYS], individualistic [sometimes], inventive [of course!], tolerant [a must!], rebellious [absolutely!], sophisticated [of course!], future-oriented [can't go bad with that!], friendship-oriented [what can I say?], humanitarian [another must], and cause-oriented [depending on the cause!].Note to Penelope: A gal who's actually caring, unselfish and thoughtful will always get my attention regardless of "looks"... got that, Penelope? Very open minded and I never get bored. I'm looking for new experiences.. new adventure.. friends.. relationship, etc. No opportunity wasted! I have a goal to one day be independantly wealthy as I am a bit of an entrepreneur. I always want to learn and improve such as learning to play an ***, martial arts, skills, etc. I believe it's better to be prepared. I enjoy participating in sports MUCH more than I do watching them (unless I know someone in the competition), football is my favorite! I'm open to all music. I think every genre has some thing to offer. My favorites are new country, easy listening, pop rap, rock, and energetic music. I hope I've at least hit some of the basics. Hows everyone this fine day? I am writing this about ***miles north of the south pole. Im not currently available to meet anyone for coffee or anything. I am an electrician by trade and for the last few years i have been actively searching for jobs WAY out of the way… I spent a year in Afghanistan, i am currently in Antarctica, and hope to spend some time working in both Australia and New Zealand before i head home. I grew up in the seattle area and spent 10 years working there before moving to wenatchee, its much quieter!When I'm home i prefer to relax, but once i hit the road…i like adventure and new experiences!Update, ***: Im back from the great frozen south! Hoping work picks up around here so i don't have to leave again for a while! It seems the market is slowly coming back, so good news for me.I seem to notice a lack of responses to even a simple "Hello, hows your day going?" Not every man on here will be *** pictures of his junk, myself included. I am currently not looking for anything more than someone to get out and do things with. If it develops into more, then that is fine, but slowly i would hope. I am at a bit of a crossroads in my life and need to concentrate on that before i could ever hope to make someone else happy!
