My life, so far, has been pretty good. I have a wonderful grown son who is the center and the rock of my life, two awesome dogs that I adore and great friends. I enjoy my job and work very hard at it, it keeps me young and my mind fresh. Yoga has become an important part of my day to day life, I have learned so much about myself in my practice.
