I have been off this site for quite a while as I did not have any luck last time, and decided to take a break. I decided to give it another try and see if my odds changed.I am an easy going, fun loving, hard working woman. I have two girls, ages 14 and 10, and they mean the world to me and will always be my first priority. I recently decided to go back to school for my doctorate, It is quite a challenge juggling kids, work and school, but I have now have great time management skills. I love to laugh and make others laugh, even at my own expense. There is not a day that goes by, that I don't say or do something to make someone laugh. Laughter is the best medicine and I incorporate it into my daily life. I can be sarcastic at times, but all in fun, and I can also take it, as well as dish it out. I like watching many different sporting activities, except Nascar. Something about watching cars go round and round, just doesn't appeal to me. I enjoy going to Disney parks, beach and hanging out with friends and family. I am originally from the Northeast and truly miss the fall leaf colors and the serene snow fall. I love to snow ski, but haven't been in quite some time. I feel I am a very easy going person who can adapt to many different environments. Although I tend to be shy at first until I get to know a person, once I warm up to someone, I may never be at a loss for words.I believe in the saying, "Say what you mean, and mean what you say". I consider myself to be a honest, responsible, caring, good morals and a laid back person(unless I am driving behind a slow person). I hope my children follow in my footsteps minus the driving part. I am looking for a genuine man whom is honest, educated, emotionally and financially secure, with a great sense of humor. Without laughter, well.... it is just a dull life. I am not looking for one night stands, serial dating, or playing the field, so if that is your desire then please pass me by. I like most types of music except rap and most country. My favorites are R & B, blues, 80's and depending on my mood, some light or hard rock. I believe in chemistry, both physical and emotional. I know that looks are only skin deep and it is what is on the inside that counts, but I feel there needs to be an initial physical attraction. I would like to find that special someone who can be my friend as well as my lover. I would love to find that "WOW" factor, when all you can think about is that other person and leaves an eternal smile on your face. I know that opposites attract, but sometimes you have to have common ground in order for a relationship to flourish and last. I know what I am looking for in a person, just haven't found it yet; so the search goes on.
