About Me

I think I am an honest, caring man, and I would like to think I treat my lady special and put her feelings first. I have been separated since ***, divorced since ***, and have discovered that being alone is well lonely. I have two children that are my everything and that I love very much, a daughter ***, and a son ***. I would love to find a friend take a few dates and see what develops, and I would definitely like to get it right this time, become friends first, and not jump in feet first. I believe honesty, trust, and communications are the key to a solid foundation. Sounds cliche' I know, but I do believe that. A lot of people are wary of the internet dating scene, but it beats the bars and clubs and takes away the first meeting awkwardness. I like quite evenings at home, walks, holding hands, general affection, and a lot of attention to each other. I give back to the community, I volunteer as District Director of Dixie Youth baseball. I am a Firefighter/EMT and enjoy what I do for people, and of course the thrill of the moment too, LOL. I work as an Emergency Department Tech, most of my patients and coworkers would say I am witty, funny, empathetic, hard worker, and loyal. I know it sounds busy, but I believe in down time to make the person you care for feel special. A phone call just to say "Hello". I am still an old fashioned man that believes in doing the little things. It would really be nice to find someone that appreciates that. A woman that can give affection freely as I would her is a plus. My children are the apples of my eye, sometimes I believe they are what keep me going. I love working with the youth, as they are our future, and our retirement home attendants, lol. I hope that I have been a positive influence in their lives.
