Love being outside when the weather is beautiful. Love to dig in the dirt and (try to) garden--get my hands dirty. Ride bike. I hopefully will spend a lot of time at the pool this summer with the kids I nanny. Four of them 8,7,6, & 1&1/2. Try watching that many kids if you aren't a young 62! LOL.I love to visit with friends. There is a large group of us & we call ourselves the "Group B Group". We celebrate Birthdays, go to plays, movies, concerts, play cards (Hearts and ***mostly) but we especially get together and watch the Vikings during the season. I also hang out with my friend Cathy at Caribou when there is time. Then there's Maya, Candace, Jennifer, my daughter Chara etc. I am very outgoing and social. I am the Adult Social Ministry leader at my church because of my "effervesent personality". At least that is how I was introduced at the annual meeting. :-) I attend a non-traditional Christian church called Unity South in Bloomington. It can be found on line and on *** is a spiritual church, positive and a way of life--which is in this very moment. The Rev. says we are not "New Age", rather "Seekers of Truth". We meditate and that is our communion with God. I also meditate with a group and at home.I love to swing dance--haven't been in way to long. I love eating out, eating in, --try to eat healthily-- live theatre and movies. The music I like from the 60's like Moody Blues, Jethro Tull ***. I also like some Jazz, Classical, and Meditation music. I have been a healer for as long as I can remember. Nurse for 30 years. Now into Pranic (energy) healing through God, of course. I just completed a series of classes titled "Christian Healing." I plan to continue what I believe are my 3 reasons for being here at this time: "To heal, to teach-children-, and to bring joy into peoples lives." Sundays I'm normally at church and afterwards spend time with family. Of course like everyone else enjoy going out and hanging with friends, seeing new place, but also like chilling out doing my own thing and believe everyone needs a hobby. Like everyone else been thought a lot but that only made me stronger and independent. Friendship first not looking to spend the night either at your place nor mine as that would only be with the right person. And truth be told I'm not sure that marriage would ever be advantageous for me again, so if you feel you must get married don't bother me. Yes we are adults and why does that mean the only reason to get together is totally physical? That leaves no room to develop feelings; oh wait a minute that means a real relationship doesn't it, and that means attachment and strings? My bad!Happiness is within self is my new mantra and keeping busy! Oh, where have the gentlemen gone? Seems they are dead, married, or live too far away. There is more to life than ending up in the bedroom, no matter how good it may be, if that is the only thing you have to offer or only reason you are on this site, just pass me by. Perhaps we have a shared hobby. Oh my retired job has resulted in chickens as I'm not the type of person who can set still and would rather be outdoors than setting inside. :) For those that smoke, it's something I can't be around, watery eyes and sometimes breathing makes it an issue.A public place to talk and perhaps a walk or wherever the day may take us.

well..we could go fishing...how about a trip to knoebels...wanna take in a concert??..i listen mostly to country but like oldies and and southern rock....sure would like to go to a baseball game since this is my favorite sportI am from below the Mason Dixon Line....been in Pa 10 yrs now...still have my southern accent....kinda laid back...like the simple and sweet jesters that one can do for the other....I also believe in God...this is important...please be open and honestnaturally i think it should be decided by both of us,but it should be just something simple,,,maybe lunch at a coffee shop with light conversation and if that goes well how about a walk, weather permitting...
