I am 40 years young and yet too long in the tooth to settle for anything less than what I am looking for..I am on here to meet my life partner, the man who fills my heart with laughter, my face with smiles and my days with joy...OK well I don't expect that every day forever.. well at least once a day forever after.. Obviously that is down the line, so am looking to meet up, to see if there is chemistry, if we can laugh and talk and talk and talk...I love talking, great conversation, putting the worlds to rights.I have loved lot's in my life and lost lot's but my heart is still true and fresh and excited for it's next journey....are you the one to share the ride?I have just gone back to Uni to do my Masters which I am really enjoying, I love my job and am passionate about learning new skills.Disclaimer: Some of the photos are clearly from a professional photo shoot, so please note I do not look like that everyday, I could do if you have an entourage of make up artists, good lighting etc... otherwise you can just know that I do scrub up well if you need accompanying somewhere nice!! Please say hello :)Let's just meet up and see if the chemistry is there....

Hi there,I'm looking for someone who, like me, is vegan.I come from a big Italian / Norwegian family and I love sitting over a meal listening to someone else's story and sharing mine. Talking and eating, what could be better? I have a tendency to rescue animals so if a temporary box of extra kittens isn't your idea of a fun afternoon.......My political leanings are very important to me and revolve around animal rights, helping people help themselves, and the environment in that order. I've been studying natural and holistic health and healing since I was 19. (but try and come between me and my Mighty-O doughnut and I can't be responsible for your safety.) I'm not too Woo Woo about it. Maybe just woo. In other words, I don't think that passing your hands over a broken arm is going to fix it.I am looking for someone who shares my attitude toward animals.I like adventure in unexpected places; in fact, I tend to think everything is an adventure. I guess as far as what "type" I am, I lean toward an artsy thinker whatever that is. As far as what type I like, physically, there really isn't one. I like smart, communicative, positive, and funny. Whatever type that that comes in works for me. I love to laugh; I have found that a sense of humor can help you get to the other side of anything. The most important traits to me are ethics, honesty, communication, dependability and ethics. Did I say that twice? : ) I have been lucky enough to have traveled some-Israel,Turkey,Jordan,parts of Europe, parts of the US and have lived in Hawaii. Then there was that trip to Baja in my 20's... But never mind :)I find each new place with its lifestyles and people widen my perspective.I like to spend time with people that make me laugh, that I can make laugh and who make me think. I love different perspectives. I'm a writer. I can say that because I've been published. OK that isn't as big a deal as it sounds but it's fun to say. The goal is to finish my book series, sell it, become rich and famous and, sadly, have to turn down all of those talk show invitations (Oprah will beg and weep) because I'm too busy volunteering for good causes.Until then I have a personal organizing business that I find very rewarding. Most of my clients are people with issues with trauma, mental health based chronic clutter, or hoarding (but I call it "excessive collecting"). It is very rewarding to have someone say "I couldn't have done this without you" or call and say "I had my first dinner party in 12 years!" I love old movies, street fairs, popcorn and animals. I love art, and the symphony or opera are a special treat but don't let that scare you. I rarely date men that like the symphony or opera, I have friends for that. I could win a million dollars and still want to go garage sale-ing (not that I couldn't figure out how to spend a million dollars). I enjoy involving myself in the interests that the other person brings to the relationship. (barring bungee jumping and skydiving -- those I can watch and wave) I want someone who is clever, fun-loving and willing to look at life from many perspectives and with endless possibilities. I'm looking for someone who, when he meets the right person, wants to build a life together.Meet for tea/coffee or a drink somewhere where we can talk.
