Walk-A-Thon each year .I sold my truck to a friend who desperately needed reliable transportation , so , You will have to do the driving for awhile The doctor told me that , " just a short 20 minute walk , each day ' would improve my sex life ." I had to inform him , that , " I didn't know any women who lived 20 minutes away ! " I think I could make a lot of money as a " camera salesman " because very few women , in Orillia , have their picture on P.O.F. ( could only be because they don't have a camera ! ).. Don't be shy . I’ve done a lot of crazy things in my life, and quite frankly, I’m surprised and thankful that I’m still here. These days, I’m a bit more reserved. I embrace the more important things, like spending time with loved ones. Some of my hobbies include playing golf when I get the chance (translation: I suck because I don’t practice). I love football and basketball. GO Broncos, Sooners, and Thunder! I like doing home improvement projects and I'm a pretty resourceful guy... I like to travel when I get the opportunity, but some people out here seem to be looking less for companionship and more for travel agents or social coordinators. I like having fun and doing spontaneous things. I’m not the type who likes to have every minute of every weekend planned. I also enjoy and need some downtime at home. I often work in my wood shop making sawdust and the occasional piece of furniture. I especially enjoy simple fall and winter evenings with the fireplace, a glass of wine, and a great movie. I also enjoy music, camping, fishing, high-tech toys, cooking, discovering great restaurants, and have recently developed an interest in learning about wine (the research is the best part).I love thought-provoking movies with great dialogue: Pulp Fiction, The Godfather, Leaving Las Vegas, Jerry Maguire, and Lost in Translation to name a few. I think I am an honest, caring man, and I would like to think I treat my lady special and put her feelings first. I have been separated since ***, divorced since ***, and have discovered that being alone is well lonely. I have two children that are my everything and that I love very much, a daughter ***, and a son ***. I know it sounds busy, but I believe in down time to make the person you care for feel special. A phone call just to say "Hello". I am still an old fashioned man that believes in doing the little things. It would really be nice to find someone that appreciates that. A woman that can give affection freely as I would her is a plus. My children are the apples of my eye, sometimes I believe they are what keep me going. I love working with the youth, as they are our future, and our retirement home attendants, lol. I hope that I have been a positive influence in their lives.
