I feel thankful to work in my chosen field (environmental work) in a way that is currently allowing me to have a much better work/life balance. Working in this field also means that I have deep love and appreciation for the outdoors and the critters that live there. I like to think that I'm both a city girl (currently live downtown) and a country girl - as I can see myself living in both places.
