Here goes. I've been divorced for over 20 years. I've been a Realtor for 25 years, but ready to retire when I meet a man I love to be with. Petoskey is my hometown. It's so beautiful there and never realized it until I went to college ( GO STATE! )...a change of perspective opened my mind. By the way, I can tolerate people who went to that "other" school.Love little kids, animals and cuddly men. Don't smoke or want to be around smokers, makes my eyes burn and my nose run!!! I prefer to not drink, don't mind if you do as long as it's not to excess. Reading has been my passion all my life. It's amazing what you can learn reading a novel. Hope there's room in my brain for more information. :) Enjoy intelligent people and good grammar. Cooking is not my forte, but I will help you or we can lean together. I do like to bake; pies, breads, etc.I really enjoy traveling; near or far. I've been all over the US, plus trips to Russia, China, Japan, France, Germany, Canada, Aruba and all over Mexico. If you like to travel too, we can visit each other's favorite places or discover new ones together....not mandatory, just might like it much more traveling with you. I may even learn to pack conservatively.Are you easy going, honest, fun loving and faithful? These things matter to me and hopefully to you too. Personally, I'm very patient, almost never lose my temper, honest and absolutely faithful. I've only been married once - for 28 years. I really want to spend the rest of my time on Earth with the love of my life.My oldest son died of cancer when he was 30 years old. He adopted his wife's little girl who is now grown and has two adorable little guys. His widow remarried and had two more girls, now 10 & 11. Unfortunately I don't get to see any of them very often, so would love it if you have family youwould share with me. My younger son is still single and is a big help to me.....lifting and toting.After living alone for all these years, I know it will take a lot of patience to learn to share space and time with someone, but I believe love and patience will make it easier ( & maybe two TVs ! ) I have a strong belief in God and attend Protestant Churches. I believe in being kind to everyone and helping others when I can. Can't wait to hear from you. Your message just might be the beginning of something special!!Being outdoors, before it gets cold again, would be great; walking on the beach, at the zoo, in a park, maybe with a picnic. Or meeting in a quiet cafe where we can talk long enough to learn more about each other. Hopefully part with a big hug and plans to meet again.
