Where are you? I know you're out there. Think of all the fun we can have together. Let's take a day trip to no where and sing and talk. How about just hanging out in a park and people watching? I have no interest in riding on the back of a Harley (or any other motorcycle) however wouldn't mind the back of a horse.I am a hopeless romantic, love holding hands, candlelight and just doing little things to make someone feel special. I am affectionate, warm and caring. I love to walk, love theater and have season tickets, reading, movies, dining in or out, concerts, Texas holdem games at bars for free (I drink iced tea), travel, board games and spectator sports like baseball and basketball. My favorite music is lite rock and oldies. I love the outdoors whether walking, bbqing, going to the beach or just hanging out. I have a great sense of humor and love to make people laugh. I am an active volunteer for Lost Our Home Pet Foundation and love all animals especially dogs. My two "kids" are Sugar and Buster. Sugar is an 10 lb malti/poo and Buster is an 8 lb chihuahua. My 2 legged "kids" are all grown and on their own. I am spiritual and do not follow a formal religion although I don't care if you do.I am easygoing, casual and ready to meet my match. I am looking to have fun. Life is too short to be serious all the time.. My ideal man will be, warm, loving and affectionate. He will love animals even if he doesn't have any. He will have a positive attitude and be a participant of life and not just watch it pass him by. He will believe in love, honesty, integrity and communication. When the time is right he will want an active and passionate love life. I enjoy a backyard barbecue or hitting the museums and theater and I actually do feel just as comfortable in jeans as in evening wear. I want one guy who will be my friend and lover. I want a life that is simple but full. I am relatively easy going, but I do have a pragmatic personality...duh military. I seem to fit best with extroverted, assertive personalities and I prefer a guy who is self disciplined, focused and ambitious. I am passionate about the things and people I love and I have a dry, sometimes dirty, playful sense of humor. I am not the least bit uptight or prudeish. I believe in being considerate and kind..."do unto others..." I don't do petty drama or mind games. I like things honest, open and very upfront. I rarely raise my voice in anger and appreciate self control when it comes to negativity. I have however, been known to call bad drivers very unladylike names. ;-)I work hard to find balance in my life and hope for the same from anyone I spend time with - determination, confidence and health are sexy. Balance, I find, is the hardest thing in life to achieve, but I see a lot of people who don't even try. And while I appreciate the compliment. Sending me a one liner that says I like your pictures will not evoke an answer from me.I appreciate a fella who is assertive and plans the first date. I assume if he's invited me, that he is interested in getting to know me, and I see the first date as his opportunity to show me a little about who he is in return... I am looking to see what is between the lines. What he chooses doesn't have to be fancy or expensive to be impressive. It is more about what it says about him.
