A bit about me:-I'm both creative and athletic (weird mix I'm told).-I'm very physically active - I play ice hockey, run, cycle, hike, rollerblade, play tennis, walk, and go to the gym regularly. -I studied art and have a fine arts degree. I've had some art shows in the city but it's not something I do as often as I used to. -I was born and raised in downtown Toronto and I live and work in the downtown.-I'm petite...or short....anyway you look at it if you like tall women you won't be interested in me.-I love to wander around the city exploring neighborhoods. Actually I really love to walk a lot. Can walk for hours!-I'm a city girl, but I love to head out to the country for a hike, bike ride, exploring a small town, or just a long drive. -Some favorite movies are - Blood Simple, The Godfather, The Big Lebowski, Pulp Fiction, Magnolia, Dead Man, Down By Law, Taxi Driver, Rushmore, The Royal Tenenbaums, Boogie Nights, Grande Budapest Hotel, so many more.-I just love music especially listening to new alternative bands (and some old ones). The list here is endless but for a small list - BOWIE, Radiohead, M83, Arcade Fire, Death From Above, The Black Keys, etc..- For TV- Orange Is the New Black, Broad City, Game of Thrones, Dexter, Breaking Bad, Walking Dead, etc. Love doing tv marathons.- I love animals but don't have any at the moment.. I live and work downtown so I would prefer dating someone who is also downtown. I walk a lot and especially love exploring neighborhoods. I'm very urban but not much into the club scene, although I do love all that Toronto has to offer. Fitness is very important to me. I have my Personal Trainers Certification and train people as a little side job. So I'm regularly up early at the gym either training someone or working out. If you are not active at all it probably won't work. I'm also typically an early to bed early to rise kind of person. I do make exceptions to this from time to time...I'm not always that boring really :) I tend to be attracted to people who are smart without being arrogant, athletic/active without being a jock, and creative without being pretentious. I know a lot of artists through my job and school and I'm very comfortable around people who think outside the box. This doesn't mean you need to be an artist. I'm looking for someone I can share interests with but also learn some new things from. And someone I can be active with. You don't mind when my tomboy side comes out and you still find it sexy. If you enjoy stimulating conversation and are interested in the possibility of developing something special through the process of getting to know each other then I'd like to hear from you. Obviously there are some physical attributes that lead to chemistry and attraction, but the most important one for me is someone with intelligence and a good heart. If those two qualities are lacking I will not find someone attractive. And if you can make me laugh then the potential is unlimited. Looking for a true partner...love, fun, my best friend. I have a couple of deal breakers: If you're racist, homophobic, a religious fanatic, or not active in any way shape or form, then please don't messege me. p.s. I think, act, and look younger then my years. I think that's a good thing but I'm happy to be where I am in life.I would like to keep it casual at first - a coffee or a drink is preferred.

The age is more about how I feel than digitally correct...I'm having a bit of a block when it comes to aging.....I seem to have a lot of energy and I'm always reinventing and looking to learn something new ...... I've been very lucky in life and very grateful for everything, there is one piece of the puzzle missing....a playmate. Someone to hop on the plane with and travel to exotic places around the world, someone to laugh with in the middle of the night, read book to each other in bed and walk with on the beach at 3AM. A partner in life to be silly with and serious with, someone to cook with and make investments in the future. Someone to dress up for, pamper and massage, and vice versa.... I love men who feel that they are successful in life - meaning they have followed their dreams and danced to their own beat... I like to think of myself as a free spirited, artistic person...open minded and liberal...a long time business owner, taking a different look at life at the moment..redesigning the landscape for the present and future....I have been a mother, daughter, granddaughter, great granddaughter, boss, employee, hippy, confidant, student, horse owner, antique car collector, florist, yoga student, piano player, harley biker, home owner, boat owner, new yorker, artist, builder, investor, girlfriend, wife, bad girl, good girl, traveler, music lover,dance partner,lover,designer, listener, and the list goes on....just trying to hold on to the principals of the flower children, peace and love.... I am very happy when everyone is gathered around the table to share food or sitting in the back yard around a fire for a gathering. I love planting my flowers in the spring and watching a movie in bed. I used to ride a harley but now have learned to love riding my bicycle on the boardwalk everyday. I love people who have an intense passion for what they do in life yet can kick back at the end of the day and enjoy the simple things, the blues, dancing, music, yoga, healthy food, the fireplace. I spend most of my time working on art projects and have started to sell my artwork again. That is not to say I wouldn't enjoy a night out in the city...NY, LA, SanFrancisco,New Orleans, Paris, Amsterdam. Too much to ask for??? Well, I'm not opposed to a camping trip in the mountains either. It seems like the boys out there are a little scared of the girls these days...and I don't blame them given the state of the world...but it goes both ways boys, relationships these days take energy and guts...it can be scary out there. But what are our options....I think a loving relationship sounds far more desirable than sitting home watching the tv, getting lazy and out of shape, both physically & mentally. Come on - get off the computer and let's have a face to face.....oooohlalaThe ocean is always desirable..........

Let's face it; you're going to look through my pictures. I am deeper than a few funky hairdos and a smile. While I take pride in my appearance and personal hygiene, I also have no problem taking a fish off of a hook, camping and hiking/portaging through Algonquin park (roughing it) and enjoying what nature has to offer. By the same token, I am a lady and I like to look (and smell) like one. I enjoy deep conversations through the night, reading, writing and learning something new everyday. I'm a prankster by heart and I sure know how to have a good time. Put me in front of a campfire or hosting a dinner party and I will be a happy woman. Take me salsa dancing and I will show you how women's hips can move. I also enjoy a movie and a couch date. Most of all, I love to laugh; it's my pot of gold. If you can make me laugh you are off to a great start.I'm not into emotionally constipated people.
