Must Love Dogs! I like to swim, go boating, water aerobics, go to the beach - pretty much anything around the water. I'm an animal lover, and I have 2 dogs - a yellow lab mix named Roxy, and I recently "inherited" my daughter's schnoodle (schnauzer/poodle mix) named Jude. I prefer small, out-of-the-way restaurants over a chain, especially waterfront. I like to ride on the back of a motorcycle as long as it has a real back seat with a back-rest. Not a "biker chick" by any means, but do have an adventurous streak! I enjoy going for rides to nowhere on a nice day, just driving down country roads to see what's around the next curve, or what neat small towns we can find. I like flea markets, antique markets, estate sales. Something about looking for the special "needle in a haystack". I like the outdoors, fishing, deep-sea fishing, the beach. Love the Carribean Islands and Key West. Would love to be able to take the time to tour the country in an RV one day. I have 2 children - a daughter who is 29, and a son who is 25 and in the Navy. I like to watch football, both college and pro. I enjoy outdoor festivals. My taste in music is pretty wide, anything from classic rock, soft rock, oldies, blues, jazz, country, pretty much anything except rap or heavy metal. I'm looking for someone who is happy with his life and interests, and does not want to make me his obsession. Someone who is secure, both emotionally and financially, and who is even-tempered and does not fly into sudden rages or is overly jealous. I've been there, and that type of relationship definitely doesn't work for me. I'm very non-confrontational and do not like to fight. I believe in the good ole' Golden Rule.
