About Me

Well I have to be honest, I've been a bit gun shy when it comes to this online dating thing but I know a few people who have met the loves of their life on here so I'm here and ready to see what happens. I'll start with what I'm not looking for. I'm not looking for a casual encounter or to meet someone just for sex. I'm hoping to find that person who wants to share their life with me and me with them.If I haven't scared you off at this point I'll tell you a bit about myself. I can be pretty shy and quietbut i quickly open up if I feel comfortable. I love sports. I"m not very athletic myself, mostly due to being extremely clumsy, but I love to watch them. My favourite sport is hockey and I'm a huge Detroit Red Wings fan. I also really enjoy watching football and I enjoy going to any live sports event. My goal every summer is to learn to golf but somehow it hasn't happened yet. Maybe this summer. :) I'm very close to my family. I have 6 nieces and nephews that I adore. Most Sunday evenings, my siblings and I gather at my Dad's house for dinner. It's my favourite part of the week.My ideal first date would be casual and low-key. I like being able to talk to the person I'm out with so I think a pub for a couple of drinks would be great.
