I am a social individual who loves to spend time with old friends while making new ones. I consider myself to be outgoing and witty, but reserved when the situation warrants. I am a family oriented person - they mean the world to me! I enjoy playing hockey, skiing, finding new routes on my motorcycle, going camping, biking and playing with my puppy, as well as quiet activities like watching movies and reading.I'm not femme or butch...so I guess I fall somewhere in between. I like to wear nice clothes and make up, but can also be found hanging out in cargo shorts and a ball cap. I'm not afraid of a little hard work and much prefer to do things on my own rather than pay someone else to do it. I also enjoy the challenge of new projects. Some of my favorite things to do in the summer are sitting on patios having beer with friends, or hanging out around a fire pit. I love taking my dog to the beach, for a hike or a run. I'm looking for a girl who is confident, funny, independent and doesn't sweat the small things. If this fits you, send me a message.I would want to keep it pretty simple, in order to gauge the chemistry. Maybe meet at a patio near the lake for a couple of drinks on a sunny afternoon, go for a walk along the lake front, and if we seem to be hitting it off, finish the evening with dinner and a night cap. I would want every opportunity to talk - I like to get to know people.

Woman. 54 years old. Zodiac sign: Virgo.
Looking for: man. In age: 44-64
Hi there. I am a single female seeking single guy to have fun with. This could mean dinner, a movie, drinks, camping, and anything else we may enjoy doing together. I have one child who graduated college, worked overseas, came home to the US, married and will be giving me a grandchild sometime in Dec. or Jan. After years of life on hold for my child, it's time for me to get out and meet people. I love animals, and have several cats, 2 dogs and a bird, so animals are very important to me and should be to the man I'm with. I enjoy taking my dogs on walks by the lake and love being outdoors. I volunteer with local (and nationwide) animal rescue groups - transporting dogs on their journey to their new homes and also going to area animal shelters and taking pictures for their websites. I enjoy a good cup of coffee in the morning and a good book on a rainy day. I'm not afraid of hard work, but live for play time. A motorcycle ride, flea market, taking the road I've never been on before, spur of the moment get-togethers, those are a few of the things I enjoy. I am a full-figured gal but I am healthy in all aspects. I have a great sense of humor, and tend to be somewhat sarcastic & sassy at times. My taste in music has varied over the years, from Disco to Punk (I even had a blue mohawk-omg, I thought I looked so awesome! LOL) to Rock & Roll to Southern Rock to a nice mix of everything now, with 80's music one of my favorites. I'm not wanting to rush into a long term relationship yet, but would enjoy having someone to talk to and go out with and if things progressed to more, I would certainly welcome it & if it doesn't happen, well so be it. I live in the Nashville, TN area, so we get all of the 4 seasons - but I feel really lucky if I see snowflakes falling & I admit I act like a silly kid when they do. I would love to get out of the city, into the country, and have always thought life in someplace colder than here would be nice (Wyoming, Montana, etc.)-I know, my friends all think I'm crazy! I work in an animal hospital and love it - have been doing this type of work since I was 15, and when I didn't do that I worked in accounting, and to top that all off my degree is in Criminal Justice (see, I'm versatile and open-minded and adventurous). I'm just real (and I say that with a serious look on my face) and I love to cut up (I say that with a goofy smile on my face). Life happens and you make the best of it, stay positive, look at the bright side of things and enjoy the small things you see and do. If you love the outdoors, have a sense of adventure, and not afraid of fun, then let's see where we go from here. God bless America!!I think a good first date would be a simple meeting for coffee, or something light and easy ... and quick if we both realize we're just not really a good match LOL. The first date doesn't necessarily have to mean the last one, so starting simple and going from there works for me.
