About Me

Thanks for stopping by and I hope today brings a joyful reason to make your heart sing! Keeping it as short and simple as possible...... At this point in life it would be nice to just meet a nice guy, a gentleman, someone with ethics, is social, likes to go do anything from jumping mud puddles to going for walks to bbqs's, enjoy a movie or live theater, take an adventurous drive exploring the unknown to see where it leads or spending time at home together and figuring out what kind of garden should we plant. Open to exploring it all together. I know I need someone who likes to get out because I can be a wayyyyy to happy home body in just finding too much to do. I've always been a crafty person enjoying working with my hands. I'm never bored. I live in the country and bring in my own wood (which is 90% of the heat where I live). I have spent much time over the last years helping my elderly neighbors with a good many things around the ranch. Their grandkids etc are finally old enough to take over so it's time for me. I came out of the hi-tech industry with a high stress job and this has been a wonderful and blessed way to spend these few years. I also teach stained glass part time at the local jc and have a small side business teaching, doing commissioned work and repairs for it as well. I am well rooted in my faith, it would be nice to meet someone with similar values or at least a little interested to what that's about. Thank God there is a greater power beyond us to be able to lean upon and everything doesn't lay on our shoulders. I will also say I'm not a stick in the mud about this and I traveled a different road for many years. On my better side friends would say is my sense of patience, kindness upbeat and good humor. My faulty side is still being a procrastinator. :-( May there still be hope for change on this :-). I'm pretty honest (sometimes to a detriment) and I try to answer anything and everything. May we all be blessed with finding the love in our lives that we were originally suppose to find and keep! I'm not very good at making the first contact. Guess I'm still kind of old fashioned.A first date will depend on our conversations. We can keep it simple.
