I am an active and sociable person and I enjoy spending time with my horses and competing. When I am not competing I relax and have a good time with my friends and family. On the odd occasion a duvet day with a film or some trash tv never goes amiss! I also like a night out at a pub or bar and there is nothing better than dining out at a good restaurant or sharing a nice meal at home. You will very rarely find me sitting around with nothing to do...although it is lovely to just sit and relax with a glass of wine and good company. I am outgoing, independent and sociable and I know what I like and what I don't! I love to laugh and I am told that I have a great smile. I like to think I am funny so if you laugh at my jokes that is a bonus!I work in an interesting industry (well I think so) and, as far as jobs go, it is quite a good one. Although I do enjoy my job, I work to live rather than live to work...I think it's important in a relationship to have your own hobbies and be able to enjoy time together as well as apart. It gives you something to talk about over a glass of Barolo!Send me a message to find out more...Somewhere we can chat...a nice country pub or a few****ails or even a glass of champagne or two...

Fairness, honesty and humour are words I value and relate to. I am quite happy in my own company -- be it at the top of a mountain in the Mournes in a 'wee' house with a fire roaring inside and the wind roaring outside. Couple that with doing Belfast some Saturday nights with a good group of friends followed by the guaranteed sore head that would kill a horse! I go from one side of the scale to the other. Nothin' I like more than a good meal well the food doesn't have to be that good but it should be a talkative table of people even with the odd "light" disagreement when you're at the coffee stage. Though I will be honest, I do like good food, and have been known to cook up the odd good meal myself. Good luck to one and all.N.B My age shows ***that in incorrect, I am 55 but I am unable to amend.Well a first date must be easy and comfortable for both of us. It should be good fun, not like going for a root filling with no anaesthetic. Good coffee always a good starter, then depending on how short or long the silences are either a dignified exit or a relaxed drink. That's a fair start for a first date.
