I am a 50 year old woman and have been on my own for several years. I do great by myself - I have a good group of friends and we do lots of things together. My daughter is on her own now, but I like to go visit her a couple times a year.I know this sounds harsh but I have found on these dating sites, that many (not all) men are very shallow they want "barbie" on their arm, when they are not even close to being "ken". Please say this is what you want on your profile - don't say you are more interested in what is on the inside. I am in no way "barbie", but I am far from an ogre.
