Maybe not the most macho opening line but I do like a good ol' fashioned hug!Apologies for the lack of photo but I will gladly forward one......once I've found my good side.Try to keep active to keep (at least some of) the pounds off. Mostly, football, cycling, the gym and walking. I like to take part in duathlons too. (my swimming is atrocious so triathlons are a no-no at the moment - they won't let you wear armbands for some reason) Weather permitting, hiking along the Pembrokeshire Coast or up a mountain in the Brecon Beacons is another favourite. I would like to travel abroad more but not simply to expose my skin to that (rarely seen at home) yellow orb!I enjoy watching films but I hardly watch any TV. I like going to see live music too, Biffy Clyro and an Icelandic classical composer been the most recent.Yes, I do have children, both total opposites but both totally perfect.
