Annnnd here goes: Cramming me into a box is a joke. And if you fit in a box, I probably won't be interested. I'm honest and to-the-point-- usually. I'm eccentric, meaning I've worn many (career) hats, have experienced an awful lot in my 25 years of youth, and am always up for experiencing something new-- think skydiving, hiking, comedy shows, cultural fairs, or shooting range. My "hobbies" include writing (poetry mostly) and shooting pool. Decent at darts as well. :-) I've recently purged myself of all the negative people in my life and am trying to surround myself with more positive individuals. Life is too short to hold grudges and to list all the things that could go wrong or why something can't work. I believe in "No Risk, No Reward"- take a chance. I'm looking for someone spontaneous, a go-getter, educated and/or well-read, must love kids (I don't have any, but do have many nephews and nieces and want to Foster/adopt). I would like to find a friend and potential partner for the gym or a kickboxing class. Or someone to Volunteer with. I do currently work in a bar atmosphere, so you would have to be comfortable with that and the silly hours- hence being spontaneous. ;-) There's a LOT I've left out... but I'm willing to share with the right person... Lunch/ Dinner is usually a good start. No movie. Think theme park, carnival, art fair, mini-golf-- anything that can spark conversation and is light hearted with little pressure to be "perfect". Then if we don't click, at least we had an awesomely fun date! All I ask is that I'm given a heads up so that I have proper shoes on!!! (Spontaneous Zoo trip is fun, but not in heels!!) lol

...Hmmm. Well. Here goes nothing:1.) I’m kinda behind on the times when it comes to cell phones and technology.. I run amok in the non-smartphone crowd. Rough life, right? Good part: I won’t be that girl that’s always on her phone when you’re trying to talk. Bad part: On some days, you’ve got a better chance of reaching the Ghostbusters than you do me on my cell phone. 2.) My heart lies in taking risks and undergoing adventures. Well. That, and food. I’ll try everything once, even if it looks like it might still be alive or taste like I’m eating a frog’s eyeball. That goes for new activities too. I’m a strong believer of the “Never know if you truly like something til you try” lifestyle.3.) I’m a nurse. Real life: I’ve got a solid heart, act well in a crisis, and have an extremely high tolerance for crazy people, whining, and stupidity.4.) You should know: to this day, I have an intense fear of popping a balloon. Also, I cannot do a cartwheel. Yep. I’m off-the-charts cool, I know.5.) I have lived in the city and was raised in the country, so I am easily adaptable to both. Beers and rednecks are my friends, as well as those lovely city nights. From chillaxin to clubbin, I've done most of them and can honestly be content with just doing whatever the night leads me to.6.) I was a girl scout… For 13 years. Cliff notes: My nerdhood generally wears a sash with badges. 7. That's right. Don’t judge.8.) I like my music like I like my buffets: a lil bit of everything. And I do mean everything. (Although.. I have a personal soft spot for 90’s music and Christmas songs.)9.) Quotes are kinda my thing. Fav one at the moment: “Live and let live.”10.) I love, love, love to talk. I can usually talk to anyone about just about anything and get some pretty interesting results. It’s great. Pet peeve, though: 1 word responses.. you're killing the conversation, “K?”11. 12.) I’m well versed in the cinematic world and will quote movies at random. I watch almost all genres of movies. And if we’re watching a scary movie, I’ll probably cut the circulation off of your arm. Fact of life.13.) Just throwing it out there: Drugs aren’t really my thing. Your life, your choice. Simple as that.14.) I can lay down some pretty sweet accents. Guaranteed if we ever speak words, I’ll probably ask you to try one for me. Just go with it. 15.) Dancing is a must. If we’re getting all jazzed up and snazzed up, might as well go bust some moves, right? So, if given the opportunity, please, pull me on the dance floor. ;)16.) Before I was a nurse, I was a lifeguard for about 8 years. Saved over 30 people's lives and proud of it. (And yes. You can keep your Baywatch fantasies to yourself, thank you very much.)17.)
