I am a simple person who enjoys spending time with friends, going to the movies and reading. I am very shy around new people, so it takes the right person to bring me out of my shell. I am also a pretty big book nerd; I am always reading. I love talking but I know how to listen to the other person; I value other peoples opinions, but I love getting into debates over certain subjects. I am a culinary school graduate and I currently work at a golf and curling club. My goal in life is to become the head Chef of a fine dining restaurant;I am slightly addicted to my iPod and the television.$ha; I absolutely hate rap thought. I love many different tv shows and movies, but no horror. Being Canadian, it should come as no surprise that I love a good hockey game; Furthermore, just because I am a slightly bigger girl doesn't mean I don't try to lead an active lifestyle; I enjoy swimming, going to the gym (when I can), rock climbing, and canoeing. But I am totally open to trying different things. I don't think a movie date is a good first date because you're just sitting there and it can be super awkward.     Where do i begin...? Im currently working two part time jobs plus some photography gigs on the side, so i am a busy person for the most part. Working ***days a week. On my days off i love to relax and go with the flow. Whether it's hanging out with friends, going to the beach or shopping or just relaxing watching movies or playing black ops. When I first meet people I am quite shy but that does change with time. I'm very outgoing, and have a great sense of humor. I consider myself being polite and a caring person. But I'm usually open to most genre's, especially if it has a good beat. I don't play any sports but i LOVE baseball! At the beginning of the year i just got out of a relationship that lasted just about 3 years, so i'm basically new at this, and ready to jump back into this. Right now, to get to the nitty gritty, I'm on here to make new friends, go out on dates, and ideally develop something into a relationship. I'm not that picky about guys, but I find guys who are going somewhere in life, ideally along the lines of a solid education or career , to be a major plus and attraction.
