About Me: I enjoy my career in cooking, and love both the practical and artistic aspects of it. I am hard working, however I value my spare time and try to enjoy every weekend to its fullest. In my spare time I enjoy working out at the gym (and enjoying the steam room), riding my motorbike, trying to play my guitar =P, reading a good book, or taking in a good movie. I am very creative and love the arts. I enjoy air-brushing, painting, and artistic welding. I also love cooking new cuisines and welcome the chance to cook you a gourmet meal and share a glass of wine. I like live performances whether they be concerts, comedy shows or the like. Anything that gets me out with my friends and family. I am a moderate social drinker and prefer the company of friends over a few beer at the pub rather than frequenting the nightclubs. I also appreciate a good meal at a nice restaurant and taking in a good movie. I like to try to new things and look forward to the summer and winter and all that activities that it brings. I enjoy the beach, fishing, scuba-diving, camping and skiing / tubing.
