I guess I should tell you a little about me. I am a working chef with a history of running Irish pubs. I believe that the community of a meal is the best way to get to know people. I love the outdoors. I once spent three months hiking from GA to WV. Family and friends are very important to me. If any of this peaks your interest, let me know.
