I am a hopeless romantic that believes that true love and long term commitments still exist! I enjoy going out or staying at home and doing nothing. I enjoy spending time on the water and in the air. Unfortunately, I don't seem to find enough free time to really enjoy my hobbies. The last few years have taught me that life is too short and you should spend time living and not just doing. It is also better to go through life with a partner so you have someone to share the joys with.As far as goals and aspirations, I guess you could say I'm trying to set new goals. Number 1 on the list is to raise my children to be helpful, successful, and compassionate adults. Right now, one of them is a teenager, so that goal appears to be very difficult at times :) I love music and it plays a huge part in my life and has much to do with who I am. I listen to everything from Debussy to NIN. Some days I prefer to listen to something with a beat and other days warrant atonal 20th century adventures. I can appreciate just about any music with the exception of hard core rap. I believe that all music has its place in our world and is really the universal language that binds us together.Intrigued yet? If so, drop me a note. Hello, It's me. A little about myself. Very much an Optimist, Very much an Aries. I love spending time with my Parents, Family and Friends and anytime at the cabin. I listen to most types of music, from classic country to current to older rap. Right now I am on a 80's kick. I work in the automotive repair field, Started at the bottom, Pumping gas, Scrubbing floors, Changing oil. Have worked my way up in the last 21 years. I enjoy fixing about anything. The type of guy that needs to take a shower at the end of the day, not the beginning. I believe chivalry is NOT dead. Pretty old school, That is how I was raised. Lets worry about what type of kids we are leaving for this world. Complete words in sentences, not "r", "k", "u",. It is "are", "okay", "you". More so enjoy building trucks. Camping. Bonfires. Light beer.Snowmobiling. Etc I love road trips, getting there is half the fun. I do at least 1 week trip a year. My friends & family would say I am shy at first, But once I am comfortable I am very outgoing, kind, loyal, trustworthy & caring. I do believe I am NOT your average guy. T-shirts, Sweatshirts, Boots, Jeans. That is my choice. I do own a suit, just does not get worn much. I can be serious, but normally sarcastic, I joke about any and everything. I am not real big on the bar/club scene. Been there, done that. Trouble just waiting to happen. Maybe a beer or two with dinner. Sorry it is so random, It is kinda the way I function.
