    I tend to be more active and on the go in the summer time. Camping, jeeping, hiking, and anything else outdoors. In the winter I tend to relax more and catch up on sports, movies, and reading. I committed to a lifestyle change this summer and now I eat right and workout daily. I see a huge difference in quality of life among my older family members primarily caused by a lack of exercise or moderating eating.
