Nows my chance to grab your attention! So here goes...Along with my day job I do a lot of volenteer work but still have plenty of free time. I also love to just relax in my garden with a cold drink. I doesn't mean im in any way defective but I do have back problems!Ok it seems you need more info... in my 20's I was a martal artist I got injured and now I have back issues. It does mean im not in peek phisical condition but im in no way unfit. I still teach and im as active as I can be. If I can physically do it I will. However if hiking is your thing im probably not your guy. Coffee or a nice lunch. Maybe a walk. We can see what happens...

Hi, It's a bit difficult to write things about yourself but I will try anyway.I do a lot of walking as I can't drive and also I've started doing Salsa lessons again, it's hard work but I've been told it takes practice.I quite like live music and the open mic events that are around Cardiff. The open mic events keep coming and going in places so I have to check the place before out before I play at them though.My taste in music is a bit varied but I generally like any music that isn't really heavy, so no clubbing nights. I think I'm a bit to old for that.Let me know if you would like to know anything.
