I am a Licensed Massage Therapist. I surround myself with people that I can further along in their journey and they in mine. Some light hearted things about me go like this... I have a lot of seriousness in my life. I want something fun, whimsical. I am outgoing, but not a type A kind of party animal. (Mostly to hide my shyness.) I like to dance at clubs at home out at the grocery store. If I feel the beat I gotta move to it.... OK, so that is a little weird, I know. Some obvious things I like are; movies, fancy dinners, the beach (at night), music, etc. Mostly, I like to be home and chill to some music or movies etc. As said above...lol I have been single for a few years now and want to have fun but have hope for the future. I know I don't want to rush anything. For about 6 months now i've been hitting the gym trying to get fit. i am not getting any younger and i felt i was too scrawny. Since then, i've gained 30lbs, i've got a lot more self esteem and sense of humor, i'm eating healthy and i feel great. i would also like some one who is into being fit as well.now, to get rid of these disgusting cigarettes!PS. You may think i'm narcissistic for having a shirtless pic, but i'm proud of what i have accomplished. It took me y months to look this average. lol First dates are awesome...

Some fun facts...-my parents are still married...and pretty old:)-I have one older sister....she is 51.-I have two cats that I rescued (found them in my parents' backyard) ten years ago. I love dogs , too...just don't have any right now.-I like to golf, but it's not an obsession-I bought my house in ***and still haven't lost it due to any poor financial planning.-I paid my car off years ago and have no immediate plans to replace it...I have been tempted from time to time.-I've worked for the same company for 14 years...some positives and negatives to that.-I like to read...magazines don't count.-I hate the section where we are asked to list the one word that best describes our personalities...I could describe myself as many things on that list...although rarely a princess and never a diva.-I will not willingly eat anything with coconut in it.-I recently started working out in earnest after a layoff and I am sore all the time...I expect this to fade sometime soon. (The soreness, not the workouts...hopefully).-I have a degree in chemistry (seriously...that's not a bad joke about my romantic skills).-if you are going to send me a message, please make it something with a little more substance than "Hi:)".-I would like to start hiking soon...could use a partner. -I love the beach...didn't get to go once this summer...again, would love to have a partner to go with.I'll add more soon... I think dinner or appetizers and drinks is the best, simple way to go on a first date. It allows you to talk and get to know each other (that's the point, right?) without too much pressure. Someplace quiet is usually best...a crowded, loud restaurant can be a bad idea. I have a couple of more original ideas, but I'm saving them.
