I like to see life in a positive light. I'm easy going, low stress, and no drama. I like to laugh a lot, and smile a lot. I'm intelligent, confident, honest, fun, I believe a strong man should be gentleman, and I'm out to enjoy all life has to offer. I very much enjoy entertaining and cooking for friends and family. I make a baked ham that is awesome. Indoors or outdoors, it's really more about who you spend time with than what you do.My faith is a very important part of my life, but I don't think everyone else needs to think like me. God has blessed me tremendously and I will always strive to be worthy of everything he has done for me. I'm also pretty sure I remember something in a book he wrote about not judging lest I be judged. Anyone with the guts to be themselves and the intelligence to make it work for them is good enough for me.Hard work has paid off for me, so I am not looking for someone to take care of me. I am looking for someone to enjoy good times with. I'm looking for someone intelligent, interesting, fun, and honest. Also it would be great if you either have the sense of humor to enjoy my witty repartee, or the ability to fake laughing at my lame jokes. Option A is preferable. I still keep a little fluff around the middle because I can cook, and I love food, but If I'm going to be serious about a woman then she needs to be able to share an active life. If you don't enjoy pushing yourself physically then we probably aren't a good match. I don't want to have to choose between spending time with my partner or going out to do the fun, healthy things I love to do. I would choose the woman, because nothing in life is more powerful than love. Since I don't want to give up that active, healthy part of my life I don't date people who don't share that lifestyle. I know I'm not, but I like girls who like to hike uphill. I prefer getting together for coffee or lunch as a first meeting. If we like each other we can plan a real date. Now the actual first date is another story. Local events are great. A nice dinner filled with good conversation followed by a walk down main street can be a lot of fun with plenty of time to get to know one another. If we are lucky enough to pick the right date we could go up on the National Monument to catch a meteor shower. Dinner and a movie are fine if you have been dating a while and are comfortable together, but I try to avoid cliches on first dates. No matter what we do you can expect me to be a gentleman. I open doors, prefer to pay, and will give you my coat if you are cold. That is how I was raised and I have no interest in changing that aspect of myself.

    thought i would change my profile a little i have 2 boys that mean the world 2 me ages 5 and 11 i have them till 8 o clock mon thru fri and every other weekend so it makes it tough to get out but it is worth it to me i love spending time with them even though they can push my buttons i love them to pieces not a thing i wouldn't do for them . on my off weekends i enjoy go n on poker runs with my friends on my harley or have n some friends out for a cookout and some beers i'm a social drinker so i don't drink alot and really don't care for the bars but occasionally will go out with friends .
