Originally from Socal, I came up here for a change of pace and a new job. I've been here over three years now so I guess that makes me official. I'm pretty sure I'm staying here anyway.I'm looking for someone not easily defined like myself. Someone with varied interests and atypical lifestyles. Well rounded with a sense of style, yet doesn't take themselves too seriously. Mature and responsible yet slightly impulsive and funny. Say what you mean/mean what you say. I don't speak in code. I recently "celebrated" my 40th birthday and with that a strong movement to quitting drinking, or at least to cut down most of it. I work from home most days and let myself get carried away one too many times. So, anyone looking to do the same would be nice. I'm looking for someone cute, smart, fit, and funny, with a semblance of obligations and responsibilities to school/work and others outside of relationships. If anything it helps to make things more interesting to have things to talk about if we don't spend every waking moment together. I like my space as much as anyone would. I don't cheat and if I'm alone I'm usually at home on the computer, watching movies and/or playing video games or something. Btw, I just mean in the beginning. Naturally I would expect us to spend more and more time together as time progressed, eventually living together with marriage and children being ideal. But DINK is awesome too. Buying a big house together near some water would be a dream.I'm done with casual dating, but that doesn't mean a first date has to feel as serious and calculated as a job interview. I like it when I can talk to someone uncompetitively with interesting topics and dialogue just sharing stories and information. Like it came out of a podcast or something. That was a dorky analogy but it's nice to talk to someone like that. If you couldn't tell I can get very wordy, but only with the right people. So I'll end it here so you don't get sick of me.Please restore my hope that online dating can be successful. Also, I feel this needs to be said because it has happened too often...     I'm not much on talking about myself, but for the sake of meeting someone pretty awesome. I don't like liars, cheats and will call someone out if there not a good person. I don't have time for shitty people in my life!I have two pre-teens who are my love in this world. If your not into kids, this is where you should stop reading because my kids are my life. I'm perfectly fine if you have kids. In fact I welcome it. That way there is some sort of ability to relate.(but if your looking for future kids, I have been altered by a doctor holding a hot laser that prevents me from having any kids.)Before I finish this section I also want to leave some random information with you.I suck at golf but not bad after a couple of beersI believe in ghosts & aliens and have strong arguments on my theories that few can argue with.I'm right handed and right footed too.I miss the simplicity of old school rap with scratching and nonsense rap.I have been cutting my own hair since 7th grade.I am a romantic at heart.I can get 1 side of a Rubik's cube in less than 20 seconds. (no patience for the whole thing)I used to wear a clock around my neck over 20 years ago.Sandwiches taste better when someone else makes them.I'm very intuitive at times.When im old I want to learn karate.I think spanking should be alowed back in schoolsI am the best kisser ever!Anyway that is a little about myself in a nutshell.
