I care a lot about social justice and sharing ideas about how working for the common good is fun. I'm looking for a girl who is comfortable in her own skin, loves a good adventure and going somewhere new. One who loves her family, but doesn't mind taking a hiatus from them every once in a while. I think it's awesome when a girl has a solid balance between academic and real life experience. I love a girl who doesn't listen to the critics and follows her dreams. My Goddess, Ronin, Avatar, Iron Man (Love number 2, excited for 3), The Avengers and more. I will probably update this as I think of more things.If you have not noted, Sci-Fi is my thing, I love new technologies, I just spent way too much money on new toys, I would note, money I would happily spend on the right woman.Enough of me, I would love to hear more about you. Following the order of suggestions ....1. My hobbies are the usual (fishing, hunting, hiking, etc) but I also like to fix things, remodel my house, spend time hanging out with family and friends. I am not into the bars but I might go every once in a blue moon. This summer I am learning to bow fish for Carp - great time.2. My goals and aspirations are a conversation best left for a first date or something like that ....... don't you think?3. I am a nice guy, my kids are mostly grown (only one left in the house under ***and I am getting ready to be a grandpa, so I am not looking for more kids. I really do love my kids and we have a great relationship. My kids live with me but they are pretty friendly and haven't bitten anybody in at least a couple of months. I love taking my dog out to do things and we are still working on her training but she is getting better all the time.4. What makes me unique? I am kind, caring, funny, smart, I have been known to restore faith in humanity (not in a religious way) and I am looking for a mate that will do the same.4. My taste in music varies a lot.
