About you, I enjoy being with people with a sense of humor, can laugh at themselves and tend to roll with the punches. I would rather eat out vs. fuss for hours preparing an average meal, I enjoy a good dive bar and if you could sit through a sporting event and an occasional horror film, I can do well at a chick flick without showing any noticeable strain. I am confident, a good listener, easy to talk to and a fairly competent amatuer psychologist. I am athletic and religious about the gym to a fault and my perfect partner would have some sort of exercise in their routine, look good in yoga pants, etc. I would like to think that I am a good friend, extremely focused, fair, fairly gentle, sensitive (but not overly emotional), metrosexual enough to understand good fashion but not look gay. I like traveling, spontaenous adventure, exploring new adentures, quiet comfort and other things, reach out if you want to know more.And as far as reaching out, if you don't have the time to commit to getting to know someone because you are totally over programmed with your job, kids, vacations, life, etc., it may not be a good fit because I have the time to meet and ramp things up if there is a fit :) I think a first date can be great without over thinking it because after all, if the connection isn' there quickly, whats the difference. Let's meet informally and see how we connect and then step it up from there, it could be for coffee or a drink, whatever you feel comfortable with.....

Normal guy here I would like to think. I was in the military for 12 years before deciding to leave and pursue a more laid back life. I have no kids.
