I am an easy going guy who loves life, and enjoys spending time outside either walking or running around the lakes, biking, golfing, skiing, camping or fishing. I enjoy cooking or grilling outside while enjoying good conversation. Vacations are a must, whether it be a last minute getaway or a planned vacation that gives us something to look forward to, or just hitting the open road for a road trip stopping at the most cliche tourists spots for fun memories. Hopefully you'll enjoy trying new things and will introduce me to new ones as well. I am a romantic and have a good role model in my grandfather. I enjoy watching the Vikings , Packers, Wild, Twins and Chiefs. I can root for the Vikings and Packers since I was not born or raised here. About you.....I feel attraction and chemistry are important. I would like to find someone who is caring, honest, genuine and can laugh at themselves. I am looking for someone who enjoys watching movies, cooking together trying new recipes, trying new places to eat. Someone who is not afraid to be silly and can laugh at themselves. But then lets go to a tnrift store and see what we can find!! Or go to a comedy club so we can see what really makes us laugh or bowling and wear those awesome shoes!!

    Here is the Readers Digest version:A few facts about meI love to work in my yard and in my shop. (I can fix almost anything)I love huge equipment. (I hope that I am not subconsciously compensating)I have been an EMT, Fire Chief, and Boy Scout leader in my community.I have not watched T.V. in about 20 years.I have always been self employed.My 'big dream' is to go sailing for a year or two before my kids grow up.(I love the islands)For anyone else who is a gluten for punishment here is more about me...I am curious and open to learn new things. I appreciate people who are smarter than me and I try to learn from them. I always like to learn new things, and enjoy figuring out problems and how people think. I have a practical approach to life but feel that I am a hopeless romantic when it comes to love. I am usually easy going and happy in my nature but can get really fired up when I am backed into a corner when something is important to me. I have many interests in science and technology and I like to know about art and literature. I enjoy reading a novel but seldom take the time to do that. I read short articles and magazines. The ones that I read every month are Cruising World (a sailboat mag.), Psychology Today (speaks for itself, and my favorite) Americas First Freedom (a political mag.) I also do a lot of research via the internet on what ever I am in at the moment. I have not watch T.V. for the most part, in 20 years. I do like to rent movies on Netflix though. My favorite movie is probably Joe vs. (I know, if you have seen it you think I am nuts, but it is a great metaphor in classic cult fashion!) I like riding motorcycles.-shy; so for the time being rafting will have to do! If you have a season pass BONUS I would love to find someone to ski with. I like to Mt. bike and rock climb but need someone to go with. My favorite place to vacation is in the Eastern Caribbean. I consider myself romantic, I take care of my love. I am loyal. I like to work. When I break from work I enjoy exploring new opportunities and adventures. I prefer intimate settings but I have been told that I am charming in public. I am quick to size up others, but realize I am no better than they, just have a different outlook and opportunities. My best and worse trait is that I lack concentration and am always looking to improve or do some thing new and different. This has made me a well- rounded individual, but I have to many unfinished projects to do!As far as music, which apparently seems to be the hot topic; as everyone already knows AC/DC is the best band ever. Fire Woman by the Cult is the best song of all time, and if that really mattered to you we probably would not work out. Perhaps a walk or picnicking. Weekend in the Keys... well that would probably be a better second date. Anything where we could talk.
