This is my first try at online dating. I am a bit skeptical but I am keeping an open mind. I have focused a long time on my education and career but I am ready for something new in my life. I am a high school chemistry teacher. I love it. I love science but not sci fi (go figure?) Active may be a good day to describe myself. I am going to run another ***in Sept ***.I have not always been so physically active but i guess I caught that bug and now I love it! I also work in my yard. I like the flowers and landscaping to look nice. Traveling is also a big part of my life. I love to go, go go! In addition to teaching, running, etc, I am finishing my dissertation in Education. I cant wait for that to be finished! What am I looking for? I would like a person to share life with, get to know, travel together, I can have fun by myself but having someone there to have fun with would be even better! I would like to travel, go to nice resturants, dance, etc. I am looking for a woman who is educated, loved to travel and likes to do things. I don't want to someone to just sit around and watch tv. That has its place, don't get me wrong, but not all the time. So I guess thats me in a nut shell. OH music. I love all types of music. It depends on my mood I think a first meeting might be coffee or something casual where we can talk and get to know each other. As for first date, I have been wanting to go swing dancing. I hear there is a place in HSV to do that. I have two left feet but it would be fun. I use to go when it was popular during college. It can be very fun to restaurant hop and have just appetizers and drinks and a few restaurants. Anything active really. I am not much of one to sit.
