Alright, I'm not one that talks about myself much, but my friends would probably say that I have a pretty good sense of humor. I love intelligent women that are quick witted and can have fun with me. I tend to be the one that can see humor in most situations and enjoy laughing at myself as well as with others. I love getting out in the mountains for a few days of backpacking or hitting the rivers for a long float trip. Anything that gets me out in the wild for adventure, I'm willing to give it a go. I am also always looking to learn new things. I like the challenge that learning a new skill presents, whether that be how to fly a plane, (I have been taking flying lessons off and on as time allows and I fully intend to jump out of a plan someday soon. And before you ask, the answer is "Yes, on purpose!"), or how to do a perfect braid. (Yep, I have daughters...and no, they don't think I'll ever get that one!) I won't say that I don't enjoy some down time and a little peace and relaxation, but I don't see any reason to have a long 'bucket list' at the end when I can be enjoying it now.As far as work and other hobbies go, I like to think I am pretty well rounded. I have been in construction since I was a teenager and have managed to learn how to do all jobs involved in residential construction. I am also a part owner and manager of a large apartment complex.I enjoy cooking, and while I do tend to do more along the lines of baking & sweets, I can throw together a pretty good meal for a night spent in... I also run a home based bakery selling everything from basic to decorated cookies, cupcakes to wedding cakes, and truffles to homemade pies.What I would like to find is someone that can be happy getting out on the trail, going out for drinks or sitting at home relaxing. How about a trip to the shelter to take all the adoptees for a walk...Could you use a little brush up on your dancing skills? An afternoon or evening dance lesson...
