I've been playing a lot of volleyball this summer, I like being outside and staying active, not sure what I'm gonna do this winter... tennis maybe? I have been on a few dates here and there. I would rather just meet as friends maybe for a quick cup of coffee or something. No one really likes a long drawn out date when you know within the first 10 minutes whether or not you wanna spent the next ten minutes with them. It would be nice to just avoid all those awkward moments that a fist date has to offer. I don't think you can have too many friends so if all this site does is introduce me to new friends, I'd be happy with that. I don't drink and I haven't for about 8 years, although I do enjoy going out and socializing but at the same time I get tired of the bar scene. Most of my friends say I'm too nice, but I treat people exactly how I want to be treated, I need to find someone who believes in that too. Who I'm looking for:Someone who is honest, trustworthy, respectable towards herself and others and would also expect the same from me.Someone who likes to laugh...a lot!, and won't create too much drama for themselves or people around them.Music:I like a lot of music, what i like most about a band or musician is their actual talent or ability to write or preform a good song. I'm not sure where to start writing. How do you describe yourself in a couple paragrphs. It's way to complex but here I am because...well...I guess because we all want to meet someone and I've runout of other places to look. Forgive me because I'm prone to rambling when I write...I love the outdoors. I'm also into biking, hiking, going to the beach, or sitting on a deck by the water, especially if there is a band playing and good beer on tap.I am a fan of live music and especially local bands. I try to get to the show in time for the opening act, you never know how awesome they might be. It's hard to describe the elation that comes from music that reaches your soul. Doubly so when you here a band for the first time, playing songs you've never heard, and they grab you and move you.; most of my favorite bands are obscure. Introduce me to your favorite band, I'd love to hear them. Make me a CD of your favorite songs and and I'll likely look up the lyrics to everyone.I want to find someone to share the world. A woman, sophisticated, intelligent, adventurous, energetic and fit. Someone who shares some of my interests but also wants to explore some that she hasn't tried before and who wants to share her experiences. I'll go anywhere and try anything once and never pass up an invitation. I hope to find someone with the same attitude. In short I want to find someone amazing so I don't have to go on another first date.Enough rambling. Hope to hear from you...
