Dating is tough, however, I'm up for the challenge!Knowing what my competition is like out there I now don't consider myself your "average" guy. "Average," would mean the kind of guy who doesn't desire a long-term relationship, which I definitely do. I have heard about the dating nightmares from some of my correspondence here on meetville. Wow! I sympathize with what women have to go through! And trust me, most guys wouldn't recognize a good woman if they were standing right there in front of them - but I want to assure you, I can. I love my family, I have great friends (most of them are married), and I have a great job. (I love my job!) I'm just missing that one piece in my life...My personal interests include, but are not limited to, traveling, heading to the shore, wine tasting, cooking, watching movies, hiking, camping, playing softball, and skiing. I think this question would be more appropriate if it asked, "Describe what you would do on a SECOND date." First dates are best kept simple, like meeting up for a drink - be it coffee, tea, beer or an adult drink, and as long as the atmosphere isn't too quiet and has a bit of an ambiance. Second date...is a different story. I'll surprise you. :)
