I have a pretty balanced life and believe that moderation is important.At times, I have a hard time sitting still. There is so much in the city off the beaten path that’s overlooked. Enjoying these new finds are much better when you’re sharing the experience with someone else that can appreciate them and add an extra element of fun. If not going out, maybe we’ll attempt to impress each other with our cooking (or lack of cooking) skills. I try, but not everything turns out great. Actually, I've learned to make my own Indian food over the last few years with mixed results. Maybe a bottle of wine and some laughs will help it all go down smoothly.I enjoy biking, finding a place for the weekend camping trip, or finding a nice hiking trail. There are so many things to do: street festivals, live shows, art shows, places to eat and small pubs to share a few drinks with friends.I have a great family and was raised with values. I have a Southern mother and a Yankee father, which makes for an interesting blend of Southern Hospitality meets NYC attitude. But I tend to exemplify more of the Southern Hospitality. One thing I’ve noticed is guys today seem to have forgotten what chivalry is. Maybe it’s just me but I still believe in the old fashioned rules of dating such as opening doors, picking up the check on a first date, picking a random flower or any small gesture that brings a smile.I consider myself to be genuine and upfront about what I’m seeking in my match. Nobody is perfect and I don’t believe in a 100% match. I find learning from one another’s differences is an exciting part of any good relationship. I don't have a problem meeting people, but I'm finding it harder to meet people that I can connect with. Let's meet for a drink first and see if we click.     Hello. Where to start these things. but how do you talk about one self on this type of site. Well make it simple. I enjoy the simpler things. However I do enjoy the finer things in life. Most of the time I'm a T-shirt jeans and ball cap guy.
