is anyone ever sure as to what to put in here? well, about me...im an intelligent guy that enjoys learning. im actually toying with the idea of going back to school to earn a degree to teach history. not your boring history, but the stuff that explains our existance as it stands. i love a nice breeze the water and the sun. if im not working i can be found reading, surfing my computer, or enjoying drinks at some outside venue.+ degrees is warm enough. i like TV ( no trash TV ), and movies...pretty much all kinds, been known to read several books at a time and i mean at the same time. 3 books, a couple chapters and move on to next. i have no pets, but enjoy dogs. i am a very good cook and can tend to go over board with sides and cooking methods. i love sports ( football, baseball, soccer) i think thats all for now. i would like to engage in a decent conversation with a lady. i have been burned on quick dates and have been left feeling that i was only used for a meal and or movie. if there isnt a connection or basis for being able to chat or talk there really is no reason to meet. text and phone calls should suffice for the time being. sorry. all my pictures are pretty current and i have no problem updating when i can. im a warm, thoughtful person. loyal and trustworthy, and i do not serial date. i am kind and do not believe in being mean because i can. im a gentleman at heart. i open doors, and show repect to the woman who has honored me with her attention and presence in my life and strive to make her feel comfortable and relaxed. i love to laugh and make others laugh and my sense of humor is wide. ok...on to the next part..... somewhere fun where we could talk. im open to alot.

I’m driven and career minded, but not obsessed with my job. I have a good job that I love and take seriously, but at the end of the day, I leave work at work. I try not to let it follow me home. I don’t worry about it on my own time. I’m ambitious and take pride in my career but it is not my identity. I enjoy setting career goals and accomplishing those goals, but I’m careful not to let those goals define who I am, my happiness, or take precedence over my family and friends.Family and friends are extremely important to me. Trust and loyalty are the most important traits a person can have. New activities. New ideas. New accomplishments. New life experiences. Those are the things that appeal to me. A new experience doesn’t have to be an earth shattering life event for me to enjoy it. I take time to appreciate the small things in life as much as major new experiences. Meeting new people and trying new things, is something that I look forward to doing. If you have friendly, outgoing family and friends who love to joke and have fun, those are exactly the kinds of people I enjoy meeting and spending time with.I’m starting to take an interest in cooking again which is something I haven’t done for a while. I’m comfortable at the grill and the stove, but I’m trying to expand my cooking abilities to include meals (and appliances) I haven’t tried before. So, if you enjoy having someone cook for you, if you enjoy cooking together with someone, or if you enjoy teaching/learning to cook with someone, then we may be a good match.Discussing opinions is something that really interests me. Talking on the phone, chatting, and *** all great ways to get to know someone, even if you’ve never met in person. It’s ok to hear someone say, “I think that’s wrong” or “That’s a great idea.” But I like to know why. Why do you have that opinion? It’s not that the opinion is right or wrong or whether I agree or disagree, it’s about the conversation. It’s about sharing opinions and ideas. Conversations don’t have to be deep and meaningful. I’ve got a great sense of humor and I love to laugh. Conversations about every day activities are just as fun if you’re talking with someone who likes to laugh too. I’m not shy. I like to talk, but I love to listen.I’m definitely comfortable meeting people in person, but there’s no hurry. I’d love the opportunity to talk on the phone, exchanges texts or *** chat for a while before meeting. I’ve noticed that if some people meet too quickly, they feel a need to be “on”, and they try to go out of their way to show you how interesting and fun they are. Talking and chatting seems to keep people relaxed and they tend to be more themselves.I’m comfortable in jeans and a t-shirt, or dressing up for a night out. Even though I’m comfortable in jeans and a t-shirt, I’m not sloppy. I take pride in myself and my appearance. Going for a morning bike ride, throwing on some jeans and heading to the Jeep show, and then dressing up and going out for a nice dinner would be a fun day.I’m happy with my life, and where I’m headed in my career. I’m looking for someone to enjoy things with. Someone who just wants to have fun. Someone who will share in and enhance life experiences. Someone who takes care of themselves and takes pride in their appearance. Someone who isn’t afraid to step outside of their comfort zone and try new things. Someone with ideas and dreams they want to share. A fun friend to spend time with, whether that time is spent doing a new activity or just spending a relaxing afternoon talking and watching movies. I'm up for anything, but it would really depend on the person. Some times dinner and drinks is most appropriate, some times something more active is appropriate. Each person is different, so is each first date.
