Just checking out this site. Looking for a change. Pretty down to earth guy here, if today wasn't a good day, there is always tomorrow. I don't take life to seriously, enjoy new adventures and experiences. Those that are close to me know I'd do anything for them.Not sure I fit in any of the "Intent" drop down choices....there should be a "looking to see what's out there and if it's a fit then looking for it to eventually turn into a relationship if it's mutual."     I am 41 years old (sorry, unfortunately I can't change without creating new profile).A little apprehensive about showing too much here as I think that getting to know someone should be a little more natural/organic. That's part of the fun of meeting someone new and getting to know them. Maybe I am just old school but it seems that people don't go out to meet people anymore.Anyway, I am easy going, very nice, respectful. I try to live by the Golden Rule and that takes me pretty far in life. I'm kind of a contradiction in that my job is stereotypically nerdy, but I am not. I have been referred to as "punk rock accountant" in the past.I like to do a lot of different stuff and try different things, there's so much out there to do and experience, I don't believe in limiting yourself, although I do have some favorites. I like to check out good local shows/bands.I like to go snowboarding a bunch, play hockey & run with my dog. I really like to get away for the weekend & The first date for me would be something casual and mellow and would depend on how much we talk beforehand. I would really like to get to know someone and talk to them. I don't think I would plan a big date, those would come later.
