I have a lot of hobbies. I love Art, and enjoy drawing and painting. I also like to sew and knit. I love old movies and period films, but I also enjoy going to the movies and seeing the latest action film. I love horses and riding and equestrian sports. I also like to travel and to see new things and to experience different cultures. I like learning how to do new things; oddly I like to read how-to books. Generally, I just enjoy having fun and being happy. I'm fluent in French and enjoy reading French poetry. I love studying languages and have studied Japanese, Mandarin Chinese, German, Italian and Russian. I'm a fashion and costume designer, eventually I'd like to launch my own line of clothing. As far as music, I like classical music, pop music and techno, although I find value in most genres of music. I wouldn't be opposed to the traditional first date, but it is somewhat awkward to go to dinner and a movie, because you can't really talk during a movie and eating in front of someone new is kind of tricky :-) So maybe out for a drink and a good talk would be great. I love adventure and imagination, so I wouldn't be opposed to something creative and interesting and different!

Making eye contact is very important to me it shows that you are paying attention to what someone is telling you. On a date don't you want to look in the eyes of a potential mate?
