I'm a NC boy with a slight twang I can't seem to fully neutralize. I'm as comfortable on a farm as I am at the opera. I love to travel & have been to most of the states. I am a huge theatre buff & see plays more often than movies. However, a quiet evening curled up on the couch is just as rewarding. I'm also fluent in ASL & have a lot of friends in the Deaf community.My general philosophy is that the activity isn't as important as the person. Spending time with an interesting person is enough to entertain me.Education & self-awareness have always been and continue to be a high-priorities in my life, and it would be difficult to take a serious interest in someone who does not make an effort to be a better person on a daily basis. Hmmm.....what to say here....I think most people would describe me as your typical uber sarcastic, "life of the party" kind of guy that outwardly projects great confidence. Of course, then there is the real me that inwardly is kind of an insecure mess. LOL! So....I try to balance out the two and make a go of it! :) I clown around a lot and live under the assumption that everything is better with a little laughter. I tend to be very intuitive and seem to read people pretty well. When I am not at work, I like to take small "mini-trips" to escape every now and again. I also love anything to do with music, so you can always find me at some type of musical event. Other than that, I am pretty much a "home body" and am easily entertained with dinner and a rented movie! :) I don't know if that makes me sound adventurous and worthy of a meeting, but that's me!
