Its great exercise and I enjoy improving the things around me. Flipping houses has been something I have wanted to do for years. My career has given me the a jump start in understanding what approach to take so I am pursuing the dream. I am doing all of the labor, and consider it my exercise program.Most would consider me to be a social butterfly, fun, simple, hard working, ambitious, funny, and having patience especially for teaching kids and people things I know about. I am very handy and can fix or build just about anything. I am continually trying to improve myself as a person, but realize there is no "end" to this journey.My kids are 12 and 14. They are with me part time and I welcome meeting someone with kids.Many weekends are spent at my cabin. It is just a cozy little place in the woods.
