Hi there and thanks for reading. Gone are the days when I drink beer out of a funnel, or some other apparatus we made in the garage.They call me a professional now. Though I still have to Google "how to tie a tie" from time to time.Dancing is not one of the things you want to see me do on the first date, but if it goes well, you might.My longest hobby has been home improvement. Its great exercise and I enjoy improving the things around me. Flipping houses has been something I have wanted to do for years. My career has given me the a jump start in understanding what approach to take so I am pursuing the dream. I am doing all of the labor, and consider it my exercise program.Most would consider me to be a social butterfly, fun, simple, hard working, ambitious, funny, and having patience especially for teaching kids and people things I know about. I am very handy and can fix or build just about anything. I am continually trying to improve myself as a person, but realize there is no "end" to this journey.My kids are 12 and 14. They are with me part time and I welcome meeting someone with kids.Many weekends are spent at my cabin. It is just a cozy little place in the woods. Its clean, has all the regular amenities of a house, but is by no means going to be featured on HGTV extreme vacation homes.***.
