About Me

First and foremost, I am a lover of God and of all people. I love the church and am very active within. I love to volunteer and help with the growth and advancement of God's kingdom. I am not a religious or condemning man. I understand and am very passionate about having a living relationship with God and not simply being a religious person that "attends" church.I will just put what is important. I Don't want to write a novel here, although I could very easily.I have a wonderful and beautiful 16yr old daughter that lives with her mother and there is nothing but love between all of us. The mother and I have always been and will always be great caring friends and parents. I was never married, just a little wild in my earlier yrs. LOL! Thank God for grace!I am a bit of a neat freak and clean sometimes just to clear my mind or organize my thoughts......okay, so I'm kind of OCD, but in a good way! LOL!I enjoy socializing with friends and all people alike and I have a heart to counsel and speak life and light into everyone 's lives. I also enjoy most music, particularly worship music, and voluntarily play and lead worship for a nursing home through my church. I enjoy volunteering as much as I can where I can be used and love to serve.God has currently placed me as a leader of a great small group (about 20 ppl) for ages ***that I love and am super passionate about. We get together once a week for food, fellowship and great conversation and just work on growing closer to God together as we "do life together". Sound interesting? Come check us out!! I am also assisting in counseling a men's group for broken men. I have such a strong desire to see men and women alike, made whole and be completely restored from their past and brokenness . I believe that I am being taken this direction and that God is calling me to continue to help people out in this way. The things I am interested in or are my hobbies are working out. I work out 2 to 4 days out of the week because I feel great after a workout! I enjoy surfing and all kinds of outdoor activities. I love playing my guitars and learning music and I love to socialize with people, laugh hysterically at myself and others and just "Do Life" together with them. The main thing I am looking for, is somebody who is just as passionate about God and His people as I am. Somebody who brings and shines light and love to situations. If you can sing and surf, that's a bonus!! LOL!I'm not sure if this is the way that God wants me to meet someone, or if this is just another great way to reach out to people, but I do know I feel drawn to putting this out there. So, I am just doing what I feel I am being asked to do. Thanks for reading. God bless!UPDATE: I feel like this really needs to be addressed. A lot of people on here really need to learn the "art of conversing"! It Is called a dialogue for a reason! LOL! Seriously though. I think I have messaged 1 or 2 people on here who know how to contribute to a conversation and were able to keep it flowing back and forth. Here are a couple tips I thought of to help:1. Ask questions back!! Don't just answer the questions that are asked. Otherwise, the person is going to think that you are not interested. And if that is the case, why would you answer any questions at all? LOL! See, when two people keep asking questions about each other, two things happen. They get to know each other better and the conversation flows naturally.2. Get personal and be personable. I don't mean like intimate (sexual) personal. I mean ask the questions that will identify the person more uniquely. Jobs, career, hobbies, passions, spirituality, talents, favorites, least favorites, pet peeves, deal breakers, red flags, dreams, desires, to do lists. Anything I'm missing? I'm open to ideas! LOL!3. Compliments are always good for conversation. If there is something you really like about the person, let them know! It's good for conversation and it tells the other person they have gained a little more of your interest.4. Feedback!! You can't have compliments without some type of feedback! Otherwise the person that is doing the complimenting is going to feel very uncomfortable, thus ceasing in complimenting in the future. And we all like compliments. LOL! Anyway, this is just my thoughts on this topic. Feel free to add to, if you have any other ideas!

I work long hours, seriously, I work my ass off. My weekdays are limited but I think if I met someone, hit it off,and engaged in a relationship I would be able to create some time for this someone. I work for AT&T, I climb poles, rain sleet or snow. I live with my 12 year old son, and yes, I have custody of him. I also have a 3 year old..I am seeking someone fit, fun, and interested in a no bullsh*t kind of relationship. Let have a beer, throw on some jeans and a hoodie, and try a new restaurant. Andy
