I probably already sealed the deal with my amazing smile and entrancing eyes, but I'll put some words here just to fill the empty space ... I'm a proud and rare 4th generation Arizonan (not one of the racist ones though, ha ha). My family explains a lot about me, my mom's country and my dad's urban/intellectual. So I've got a sort of cowboy outlook on life with a wicked bookish nerdy streak, if that makes any sense. So basically I can handle my bizness in a variety of settings. I like traveling and like adventurous people who like to get far off the beaten path. I'm on a dual quest to find the best burger in town and the best tamale in town. I'm pretty dedicated to my job, this is probably at least part of the reason I never settled down yet, but I'm hoping to change that at some point. Health is important to me, I like to bike, hike, run etc and it would be great to share this passion with someone else as well. Other than that I love my family (I have a mess of the most awesome nephews and nieces) and friends. If you think we'd get along, feel free to drop me a line ...P.S. - I know my profile says I don't want anything serious, but I'm open minded about that, obviously if I hit it off with the right person, but better to be friends at first, relax and have fun, *** throwing a bunch of expectations at it. I imagine most people would suggest that family and friends are important to them, but I'll say it too because for me they really are a big part of my life. A few other things about me ... I'm thankful that I've been able to see a fair bit of the world, through work, study, and travel, and I hope to see much more of it - it's taught me plenty about not only the world but also I think about myself. I'm sincerely interested in social and environmental issues, and my career has crossed those paths quite a few times. I'm settling down in Calgary but traveling is and always will be a huge part of my life, especially to some out of the way places. I like to consider myself all these things: active, worldly, and down to earth. I admire people who have optimism, compassion, and think about integrity when faced with tough moments in life. Not sure what else to write, but hopefully that gives you a sense for who I am and what's important to me.
