Just some random thoughts to sum me up:Chivalry is not dead. There is nothing wrong with treating a woman like a princess, as long as she is deserving. Cue the narrative in three, two, one... If you asked me where home is, I would say DC. I've lived in Capitol Hill the whole time, and it's changed a great deal. I suppose I have as well. I have a healthy, quirky sense of humor. Some things I take seriously but not myself. I'm also in touch with my inner geek - would be a good addition to your pub trivia team so long as pop culture isn't one of the categories. I have a lot of different interests that keep me busy. I stay physically active, like to exercise and study martial arts. I volunteer for domestic and international causes, am interested in foreign affairs, and like to cook. Not an expert or anything but like to throw on some jazz, have a glass of wine, and see what I can pull together with the ingredients I've got. Whatever it is, it's likely to be hot. I east spicier food than anyone you know. Try me! : )I'm a wine enthusiast and often go to wine events. I'd rather have an average bottle of wine with very good company than a very good bottle of wine with average company. Have also developed an appreciation for craft beer over the years, which is good since DC is going through a beer rennaisance at the moment. Enjoy a wide range of musical genres and like to catch live music whenever I can. I'm an intercultural junkee and will usually jump on any opportunity to learn about other cultures. Basically, I'm an easy-going person who appreciates new experiences and good conversation about things that matter, things that are funny, or both.
